A certain type of superior person is fond of asserting that "everything is relative".
This, is of course nonsense, because if everything were relative, there would be nothing for it to be relative to.

Cool Pappa walks into coffee shop and asks "How's the pecan pie?"

Beat girl behind the counter sez: "The pecan pie's gone."

Cool Pappa sez: "Dig it. I'll take two pieces."

Two beatniks walking down the street and a safe falls out a window and crashes to the ground behind them.

One says: "what was that"?

pompous, pusillanomous, prancing parliamentary prigs...

all out in force on the tele tonight giving their 5p opinions on the cannabis referendum.
one can understand prigs like monkey boy simian brwon with his  faux moralistic, pseudo christian blah but it is very disquieting for the ethnic contingent in parliamnet pretending to some higher morality when one has to decide whether they are in hock to the people who supply illicit cannabis for their political support.
I hope not.
It is time some of them realised that it is prohibition and not the drug itself that causes the problems.
doh!
thank you Andrew LIttle who said that is more important that all voices are heard and not the resident prigs of molesworth street.

now for something completely different...
