you better move on...

dipped into my meagre savings to buy Decembers Children off Amazon yesterday.
cost $US6.50
postage $US21
?
?
?

anyway got The Weapon Makers from the Rotary Book Fair in Carterton last Saturday.
Bit tattered but I know someone who likes a good read and off it goes next pension day.
hehehehehehehe.

Been slowly picking my way through Galbraiths Money Whence it Came Where it Went.
not oply a history of money but an illuminating spotlight on the psychology of those who want it.
chocka with penetrating epithets. e.g. "too close an association with money leads to obtuseness in politics.
you dont say!
hahahahahahaha.

Great MOJO for JUne.
IN depth stuff on Syd Barrett and Sonny Rollins.
Love Relics by Pink Floyd and my fave Sonny Rollins album is Way out West.
But  looks like I am going to start lugging boxes around to find Saxophone Collussus.
hey us wrinklies know how to have fun?

.this is my dilemma. I'm a guy who makes things up as I go along, so nothing is ever finished - there are so many layers. So when you solo, yeah, you might get into one thing, but then, hey, everything has implications! You can hear the next level. And that's how I feel about improvising - there's always another level.

seeeeee emily play
