recalcitrance and refractoryness...



I agree with Kaplans thesis.
However I do not agree with the two sideswipes he takes at Sigmund Freud and florrid prose elsewhere.
Furthermore.
There is no evidence that I can find that there was a concerted accusation of recalcitrance and refractoriness in two of Freuds earliest patients that Kaplan cites.
These are figments and do Kaplan himself a disservice for such poor understanding and desire to belittle.
and no historical basis for his own profession.
Secondly he paints an egregious villain in comparison with Freud that is an affront and objectionable.
So there you go on the big jobs.
