what a lot of blather from Bill English this morning in the rag.
There was no debate about the new zealand flag.
there was a big tv campaign and paid for ads by all black celebrities and Key and Co thought the NZ public was going to fall for it.
I dont think so.
No mater what the National Party says Key was always a ring in and then he began to think he was the real deal and then he thought he had a licence to fuck round with dignified parts of the constitution just to suit himself.
Well he may be able to count other peoples money and take a turn off it but that is about the limit of his imagination, erudition and weltanschaung.
he was only a ring in because the National Party knew there was never a snowballs chance in hellof getting Bill English elected as prime minister just as Labour always knew there was never a chance of getting Roger Douglas elected as PM.
Unfortunately both of them have had their revenge by hiding in the shadows and selling anything they can get their hands on and away with and flogging it off to their mates for a dummy share parcel that no one will ever know about.
