progress comes from producing something and not acting as middlemen.

I ran into Mr Mayor the other day and he said make an appointment to see him or he would come round well I have to tell you mr mayor that your PA didnt believe me and as long as you keep listening to the bureaucrats then you are going achieve exactly what you have achieved so far and that is zilch.
