honky tonk heroes....

Lord Tweedsmuir

One of them days today.
The media player threw a hemorrhage and instead of Waylon Jennings I got Led Zeppelin.
Go with the flow dude so I cranked it and felt much better while Radio New Zealand spilt its guts anc ut off the interview with Sir Toby Curtiss.
He isn't my cup of tea politically but I wanted to hear what he had to say.
Especially about Maori reaction to the classics.
So there was no hillbilly broken arse shit coming out of the speakers this morning.
Keef in one of his uncharitable moments called them a bunch of ernies from up north but they were much better than that!
Dazed and confused yeahhhhh.
English day today.
At the moment there are two versions of Sherlock Holmes on the teevee and they are both excellent!!!!
hehehehehehehe.
got to the thrift shop and purchased two tapes. Eric and Stages and a Best of Lulu!
much fun this afternoon
hey hey hey

Dunedin stadium
is it still legal to have horse sports and games on the same playing ground?
have the public health regs changed or is it just another post modern example of anything goes?

Joanne Fedler
article about smart kids in Sunday Magazine
Joan just because you don tknow something does not mean that your kids do.
Do they really know how there electronic toys work or the theory of music as you seem to assume they do.
Just because you don't know the name of their groups doesn't mean they know more about music.
The answer is that they are users not knowers.
Watching too much teevee has given them a veneer of confidence that vanishes whenever they are faced with real problems.
Wise up will ya.
They just smart arsed kids.

okay gotta go....
