local stuff...

Carterton is rapidly overtaking Eketahuna as the laughing stock of the country and butt of rube and yokel jokes.
But the thing is Eketahuna has their own radio station with a feed to the Manawatu.
For all the money being spent on making the Carterton Dunnies "THE" place to do your business they could have had three radio stations.
As for the makeover they should place a large dunny seat atop the conveniences with Jill Greeathead in the centre flashing her pearly whites, a cascade of $ signs flowing in and a legend saying "this is where I do my business!"
Greathead has been on the council since Adam was a cowboy, collecting the salary as economic development chairman but yet cannot show one job that she has created.
hmmmmmmmm.

Carter court Update.
There are at least five salaries being paid to people there who dont do anything.
And one of the bedrooms is out of commission so the manager can hide out  of the public view.
That comes out to about a round $200,000.
Nice work if you can get it.
The rationale for folding the council units into Carter Court was to prevent them falling into the hands of the WRC.
Now that bogey is off their back the message has become Carter Court will take care of everybody.
Well the CDC has never consulted with the residents and is removing their independence so that when certain people who it must be said have killed off other free standing organisations in this town, retire then they will have another little empire to control.
The independent residents of POrritt Place do not want Carter Court to take over and their rents to double.
No wonder they want to terrorise me.
When the AMALGAMATION occurs then they are afraid I will want a seat on the board.
The people of Carterton are really disgusted by the actions of this council but they know  that if they dont attend the right church then they wont get heard.

memo to Masterton Police.
in town this morning the drongo noise pigs were back doing surreptitious laps again.
take them out.
