blue eyes crying in the rain

Good day today.
Went to town.
Needed a break from the village.
Nice and sunny but cold in exposed places.
hahahahahahaha.
Missed out on Lawrence putting out some 2nd hand vinyl but hey you win some and you lose some.
I did get a bay city rollers gatefold album though.
It looks good.
My voiced was cracked today but I tried to put it out.
Couldn't wail properly but I gave it a shot.
Probably pukerooed my shoulder and elbow too but you only live once.
Its good on a Tuesday.
some of the town identities were around and about and its good to say hello to faces.
Congrats to Val Adams finally geting the medal she deserved.
You didnt do it for me or anyone else you did it for yourself girl and dont forget that.
Whats the connection between the CCTV Building, The Skydiving Crash and the Paritutu rock?
They are all the result of smartasses believing their own legend.
I just cant beleive the crap from some people who think that just because of something else then you are justified in being a complete dork especially if others lives are at stake.
If anyone can fuck it up properly a  kiwi can and NZ is so small that you cant call a spade a spade without copping flak.
Well fuck all you pinheads, ignoramusses and adenalin junkies.
Why dont you just climb a mountain and stay there!
Must say I agree with Karl over there and his funny old hair.
There is no good reason for cutting down exotic forests just so you can plant natives.
Thats taking it all a step too far.
Just plant more trees fullstop.
Not to fulfill some atavistic desire and five minutes on Teevee but because the planet needs them.
More nonsensical dorkness.
Plant oaks and pecans and hickory and maples and deodars.
Just get on with it and cut the crap.
Great to see Paul Simon last night.
He made a powerfull  statement for the artiste and how going his own way had more impact than toeing the party line.
The music of South Africa is what I call 'nice' music.
It is rooted in prayer and the natural environment.
No strident guitars and loud noise just for the sake of it.

now for something completely different...
