any day any way now...

I shall be released.
Spent all morning in bed listening to the Beatles, the Beach Boys, some Jimi Hendrix and Rod Stewart and reading Hot Wired Guitar: The Jeff Beck story.
MY body seems to be going through some sort of period of re-adjustment at the moment and it might be healing itself but my mind is ok.
Have decided to sell the TV and cancel the sub to the rag.
Its all crap.
Great piece in the Wairarapa Midweek about life in the 50's and 60's.
We were in love with the world then.
Not ourselves.
It is obvious in Becky's bio that he was in love with the music.
A review of one of New Zealands journeyman musos in the rag this morning was full of it, self aggrandisement and namedropping as if it meant something.
It seems to me as if those guys from all the supposedly groovy bands were NOT in love with the music.
They just wanted money and chicks and being New Zealand having everybody else kissing their arses.
dont talk to me.
IAM a musician.
yeah right.
Just like the golf guy getting his beans in the U.S. media for being a greedy pig and trying to scrape a few more bucks off Tiger Woods back.
Thats the KIWI way mate.
Take everything you can get and then moan.
NO doubt Tigger was a nouveau riche spoilt brat and when MIck Jagger was told that Tigger had had 14 women besides his wife he said:"Is that all?', but Tiger did it. not the fucking caddy.
