paranoia and schizophrenia...

 Paranoia is a deadly disease.

Sigmund Freud was of the opinion that it was not possible to cure this affliction and his analysis and  reading other psychoanalytic writers  does not present a pretty picture.

In contrast exploring google then the reader is given an easily comprehended list of supposed examples and indicators of  paranoia some of which may indicate the disease entity but there is so much more.

the true example of paranoia is to understand what symbol the paranoid is using to disguise his disease from himself and anyone else.

Every body wants the easy route but this is not it.

In essence Freud et al say that paranoia is a defense against passive unconscious homosexuality which is of course offensive to the proponents of sexual politics who believe that their sexual preferences are a matter of choice and therefore any further discussion is verboten.

exhibiting one or more of these examples is sufficient to command a diagnosis of paranoia and/or schizophrenia usually both so the medical professional is covered.

In the beginning of psychoanalysis it was found that treating paranoids was a dangerous game because the patient was possessed of a secret about their own sexuality and if it was revealed then it would become psychically intolerable and they were prepared to kill to keep their secret and in some fact some early psychoanalysts were murdered in their consulting rooms because they were unaware of how dangerous it was.

In this day and age with DSM and the class structure of modern medicine it has become de rigeur to pretend that it is possible to treat mental illness with psychotropic medicines coupled with logic and reasoning which funnily enough is a direct contradiction of the problems of mental illness.

Really entering into the mind of a paranoid is dangerous to the practitioner themself as it may occasion a psychotic break in the person trying to understand the basic problem.

Usually what happens is that the medical team will give a catchall diagnosis of paranoid/schizophrenia which gives them the go ahead to prescribe psychotropic medicine without really having any effect whatsoever except to sedate the patient and delude the practitioner into thinking they have done something.

paranoids because of the cunning needed to hide their true feelings and delusions find it easy to bamboozle any average professional and if the psychosis is strong enough then they go out of care and murder.

also the beds are needed and hey this guy, and it usually is a guy has given his word.

any time you read about a man who has knifed his wife to death it is a paranoid who will say that his wife was unfaithful when what they really mean is that she has done in his mind what he wishes to do. i.e have sexual relationships with many men.

on the other hand a true schizophrenic is someone who has been overwhelmed in infancy with sexual symbolism and  exposed to the parents sexuality wherby the whole world has become sexualised to the point where they must withdraw from the world completely.

and the thing is after talking to the medicos they operate by rule of thumb and collegial discussion. most of them have not read the necessary books nor have they had the life experience to talk to the ,lower classes unless they are delivering judgements from on high, i.e. talking down to them from a position of  social superiority and chapter and verse from DSM which after all is a manual for gauging insurance compay liability.

so there ya have it. the world rolls on. another life is taken and the judge delivers a homily about the grossness of the act, the malefactor gets banged up  and nothing changes.
