a question of justice...

a reasonable discussion on the telly.

however the panel did not distinguish between evil and insanity

the main case discussed is clearly insane and diagnosing him or others beforehand hand is not  likely to occur unless there was a prior psychotic episode.

however now that justice has handed down the sentence then he should be studied as an example of how paranoia is hidden until the psychological charge becomes unbearable and is translated into a homicidal psychotic episode which has the primary goal of disguising the powerful unconscious desire of repressed homosexuality.

these are difficult reasons and justice must decide what is evil and what is produced by a very sick mind.

it is not possible to really understand paranoia until one has properly read the psychoanalytic viewpoint where this particular illness is examined   disected described and discussed.

the dsm and other manuals do not fully cover all the symptoms nor do they fully examine the reasons rather than the effect.
