come in Australia

programme on the Murray_Darling basin and the loss of water.
I find it very hard to listen to environemental tragedies.
in the final analysis it is always a tragedy of the commons.
everybody takes a bit and then hey presto there is nothing left.
7 billion, 8 billion, 9 billion hey.
daylight come and I want to go home.

just watching a very industrious blackbird going for it under the hedge.
he's gone now but I got the glasses out and watched.
I went out and tried to see what he was after but couldnt see it.
Will have to go back tomorrow and have a much better look.
the sparrows like the remains of the hedge.
they chase moths out in the daylight and catch them on the wing!

Just listening to an Interview with Chris Doig on the wireless.
a very good man who will be sorely missed.
down to earth and enthusiastic about life and people.
just the best.

talking of the wirelesss.
kathryn ryan has been put on ice.
cool off huh.
they should have sent some of the other droogs with her.
hahahahahahahahaha.

speak and you shall receive.
a brand spanking new copy of Montaignes Essays has arrived.
??????????
will have to be there at 9;30 to make sure I secure it.
