schizophrenia or paranoia

The latest news bulletin reports that a person accused of murder has been judged not guilty by reason of insanity.
namely schizophrenia.
It seems that only schizophrenia is legally acceptable as defence of insanity when obviously the person was a full fledged paranoid.
Paranoia is a defence against unconscious latent homosexuality and the person will do anything to demonstrate and prove that he is not a homosexual including having affairs with women.
the method of the murder speaks volumes too.
i.e. a knife.
stab stab.
Paranoia is notoriously difficult to diagnose but that is no reason to hide behind a false diagnosis.
Either the medical profession in New Zealand does not recognize paranoia as a disease entity because it cannot diagnose it or it can diagnose it but because it cannot prove it then relys on a diagnosis of schizophrenia.
that is the New Zealand way.
all theorys in New Zealand are instrumental.
that means they are only as good as long as they are not proven false and if they are then are thrown out and another equally false theory is substituted.
In the meantime ignorance rules and maybe that is the intention.
