miracle in Masterton... RIP Ray Manzarek

yep folks a real live miracle in
Masterton yesterday.
I saw a Harley Davidson go past.
note: I didn't hear it, I saw it.
It was a very nice machine, well appointed as they say with a nifty colour scheme and large mufflers but it still sounded sweet.
The rider waved too.
Not like the most of the feeble headed pinheads who need a large noise to announce thmesleves to the world that they can afford one and look at meeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
wow!

Solid Energy. run by accountants with an open chequebook.
those sorts of people are the most dangerous of all.
they think because they are in charge of the money that they know everything.
new Zealand is full of them and they are full of it.

Its all Over For the Unknown Soldier

As far as I can see one fo the great things about the Doors is that all the songs are by "the Doors" and they all got a share of the royalties.
Great Stuff!

Great Documentary on the Eagles on Prime TV last night.
Hotel California has to be in the top 10 greatest albums of all time.
Fabulous Songs and fabulous SOUND.
I like 'On The Border Best'.
the songs are much easier to play along with without getting out the charts and trying to play and figure them out as you go along.
Well done boys.

Went to the RED SHED yesterday to browse their really cool collection of Cd's.
Best in the Country but instead found myself drawn like a magnet to the cheap DVDs and 'The Detective" in particular?
Saw it in 1968 so thought it might be good for a watch.
Never liked Franks singing much. oleaginous but he was one hell of an actor.
Lee Remick: "Why do you act so tough".
Frank: "because I am tough".
larfs.
peculiar film in a way.  daring for 1968 or maybe it was the times itself but the main theme was about Homosexual murders but the the subtext was we are all sinners, so it gets the 5*.

TV3 has a programme on tonight, 'should marijuana and synthetic cannabis be legalised'?
my answer is that anything made in a lab is to be condemned.
most of it is carcinogenic in the long run.
but that anyone should be allowed to grow some weed in their backyard but not allowed to sell it.
plus fines for public intoxication and penalties for using it at work.
It would not take long then before the whole problem just went away.
at the moment the media, the police and the profiteers are continually picking at the scab of a social distress syndrome and creating work and making money for themselves.
NObody in New Zealand sems to be able to trust ordinary p[eople to do the right thing.
They just like giving orders and locking people up in prison just because they can.

As for the weasel lawyer Jonathan Coates from the Wai Te Mata DHB.
he needs his head read for his contention that a patient from the mental health unit was suffering from K2 withdrawal and not nicotine addiction.
That's just bourgeois bullshit and a big red herring.
These people are like 19th century surgeons who insisted  that patients didn't  need anaesthetic when they were being operated on.
They are sadists getting off on watching people suffer.
As for the notion that the Wai Te Mata DHB has a brief for the health of everybody then first things first.
They just more white bread liberal marathon runners, serial mortgage worriers and people who use too much soap in charge of sick people and trying to bend them to their will.
Grow up you fuckers and get some frigging life experience.
