Pt 6 power...







coming round the bend




on my way to church this morning when a Cresco circled the house.
I couldnt see the rego. dang.
You can tell a Cresco because when they beefed the original design  up for turbine power they re-designed the tail surfaces, got rid of the internal mass balance for the all flying elevator. The new empennage has separate surfaces on piano wire hinges with horns for mass balance.
The engine is actually a "Walter Minor" which is a license built Pratt & Whitney Pt6. 
Anyway it was smooth and went fast when he came out of the turn.
