my heart beat like a hammer...

Word is that the Fleetwood Mac's blues band concerts have been sold out already.
Wish they were coming up this way so I'll just have to be content with the album.
This is one of the great british blues albums or blues albums full stop.
full of elmore james riffs, other licks and Peter Green getting his mojo together.
Any aspiring blues guitarist or singer must devote serious attention to this record.

DOUGLAS FIR

PECANS IN NEW MEXICO

GROVE OF COASTAL REDWOODS

SITKA SPRUCE

Found two really good tree encylopedias receently. We must grow more trees in New Zealand. Nobody will fork out unless there is an attainable profit or gain in less than 30 years. Thats about the horizon of a mental midget.
There is much more to it than that.
Pecans will provide timber and nuts.
Redwoods wil provide timber and Sitka Spruce planted now ill perhaps make solid guitar tops in 50 years.
These are worthwhile goals and somebody who can get things done should get it done.
pronto.

My elbow is slowly rehabbing and it will take at least another month before I can use it again at will.
I will have to use my acoustic 6string only when standing up in future.
Resting the muscle in one place for to long is not the right thing to do.

My favourite movie of all time arrived yesterday.
Masters of the Universe.
one out of the box.
unobtainable in New Zealand. one has to order it secondhand from Amazon with the prohibitive postal charges.
Why it is not available in shops here baffles comprehension.
its like you can only buy crap cause thats what we think is good for you.
anything more and you might get ambitious!

been giving the old harp some serious time with the elbow being out and all.
Feels like I've got Michael Douglas disease in da froat.
(does the NSA know how he caught it?)
lots of fun working out when to suck and when to blow.
you have to learn it!!!!!
wah wah wah...
I thought it would just come naturally.
nada.
right at the moment is the lead line to Mr Tambourine Man.
hee hee hee.
